NAE, duly registered in the Second Mercantile Registry of the Judicial Circumscription of the State of Anzoátegui, Venezuela, hereby informs its users that, in compliance with current Venezuelan legislation overseen by the Ministry of Popular Power for Science, Technology and Innovation, it adheres to the following Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of all Services provided by NAE, its Official Website www.nauvemix.com, and its related social media channels, which link directly and serve as an integral part of communication and transactions between you and us.
The official web address for accessing the site is the one mentioned above. Users may verify the browser address bar and navigate from there to related sites or by entering each one directly. Likewise, the registration number for legal invoicing, in accordance with the regulations of SENIAT (the Venezuelan entity responsible for tax oversight and a mandatory requirement for any commercial transaction), may be requested by writing to our Customer Service email via WhatsApp (here). You may verify its legality at www.seniat.gob.ve.
It is understood that by using our systems and/or registering therein, you accept these Terms, as well as the use we make of your supplied information and data for validation and verification purposes, granted to provide you with secure access to acquire products and/or services. We guarantee that your data is not used for dissemination, nor to create spam or unsolicited email. Each and every product and service offered is the property of NAE. We do not act as intermediaries between you and any other provider, except for products distributed directly by permitted and authorized suppliers where applicable, as well as white-label and processing services. We offer warranties valid for the duration specified by the manufacturer, services, and/or processes contracted and effectively paid for. You acknowledge that images of products and services may be for reference only, as indicated in their descriptions. Prices and availability may vary without prior notice; the purchase is secured once the order is confirmed, payment is processed, and payment is verified via the established methods, which will allow you to maintain the price.
Administrative and office services
All these services are subject to prior reservation and advance payment. You may request demonstrations upon registering in the System. The service obligation is to provide value-added equipment, maintenance, and security services through a Service and/or Administrative Contract for the contracted value, day, and hour. In the case of Properties, services are rendered void if the corresponding payment is not received in accordance with the Contracting and Equipment Plan. Office, Administration, XAE, and Project services include evaluation studies tailored to the Client’s actual needs and may be utilized on a Value-Day-Hour basis.
Procurement and Logistics
Other services considered in this area may be individual or group-based and represent added value in service provision. Includes: Human Resources, Supplies, and Maintenance.
Internet and Servers
Includes a full range of technological services available on the web and on personalized servers with or without connection and intranet. Some of these services require compliance with propagation and security standards to achieve the satisfaction required by the client. The client retains full access rights to the services in accordance with the contracted amount. The client has the right to withdraw at any time and must pay additional administrative fees generated by the interruption of service where applicable.
Software
Consists of the authorized distribution or development of Software, Administrative Systems, Operating Systems, OEM, Servers, Licenses, Extensions, Modules, Technological Projects, and Applications, whether via electronic download or through original physical software media. These may incur additional charges for shipping and import expenses. We do not distribute illegal software. The end-user has the right to use the software in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards. Programming languages are also offered and are governed by the contracted amount; rights are retained by the user, and we do not intervene in the propagation of our clients’ applications without authorization.
Legal Notice – International
NAE informs its users that it complies with current international legislation enforced by governments, applied to the use of all services under the NAE Internet platform, its Official Site, payments, and related channels, including social media channels, which link directly and form an integral part of communication and transactions. International systems operate in Spanish as the official language, though English is permitted in all our transactions. The international exchange currencies are the Dollar, the Euro, and any other currency at the Venezuelan Bolívar exchange rate under government legislation, plus administrative expenses and fees under Transfer Pricing accounting legislation.
Any matter not addressed in these Terms and Conditions between NAE and you shall be governed primarily by existing Venezuelan regulations, followed by the legislation of each country where international commercial operations are carried out, and in full compliance with any European Union country, the American continent, and international treaties in force against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
